Every casino featured on usacasinosforuk.uk.com has been evaluated against the same set of criteria, tested by the same process, and scored using the same weighted framework. This page exists for one reason: so you can understand exactly why we recommend what we recommend, and trust that our rankings reflect genuine assessment rather than commercial preference. We believe transparency is the foundation of useful casino reviews. If you cannot see how we reached our conclusions, you have no reason to act on them.

Why Methodology Matters – Especially for UK Players

Choosing a USA casino as a UK player involves a different set of considerations than choosing a UKGC-licensed site. You are operating outside the UK’s regulatory safety net. The Financial Ombudsman cannot help you. The UK Gambling Commission has no jurisdiction. If a casino fails to pay out or behaves unfairly, your recourse is limited to the casino’s own complaints process and whatever mechanism the casino’s international licence provides.

This reality makes rigorous, honest evaluation more important here than almost anywhere else in the casino review space. A sloppy or commercially-driven review of a UKGC-licensed casino is unhelpful. A sloppy review of an offshore USA casino for UK players can lead you to deposit at a platform that will never pay you out. The stakes are higher, and our methodology reflects that.

The casino review industry has a well-documented credibility problem. As Casinomeister has written extensively, many casino review sites rank operators based on affiliate commission rates rather than player experience. Casinos that pay higher referral fees appear at the top of lists regardless of their actual quality. We built our methodology specifically to prevent this. Our scores are calculated independently of commercial arrangements, and our affiliate relationships are disclosed separately at the bottom of this page.

We also recognise that UK players using USA casinos are a specific audience with specific needs. Many are GamStop-registered players who want access to games and bonuses no longer available to them domestically. Some are players frustrated by the increasing restrictions at UKGC sites. Others are simply looking for better value and more game variety. Whatever your reason for exploring USA casinos that accept UK players, our methodology is designed to surface the options that will genuinely serve you well – and steer you away from those that will not.

Baseline Requirements – Casinos That Don’t Make It Past Our First Check

Before we apply any scoring criteria, every casino must pass four non-negotiable baseline requirements. Failing any one of these results in immediate exclusion from our list. No casino can compensate for a failed baseline with strong performance elsewhere. These are hard stops, not soft considerations.

Mandatory Baseline Requirements
Valid, verifiable gambling licence
The casino must hold a licence from a recognised international regulator – Curacao eGaming, the Malta Gaming Authority, the Panama Gaming Control Board, Gibraltar, or another credible authority. The licence number must be published on the casino’s website and must be verifiable directly on the regulator’s official database. Licences that cannot be verified are treated as non-existent.

SSL encryption and data security
The casino must use current SSL encryption across all pages, not just the login or deposit pages. We check the SSL certificate validity, the encryption strength, and the presence of a clear privacy policy that explains how player data is stored and used. Sites without full SSL encryption are excluded regardless of other features.

Third-party game auditing
The casino’s games must be supplied by developers whose RNG systems are independently audited by a recognised testing laboratory. We accept certifications from eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI, and BMM Testlabs. Casinos operating games without documented third-party RNG certification are excluded. As eCOGRA explains, certified RNG testing is the only reliable way to confirm that game outcomes cannot be manipulated.

No active blacklisting by major player communities
We cross-reference every casino against the Casinomeister Rogue Casino list, the Casino Guru blacklist, and major player forums. Any casino with active, documented evidence of non-payment, confiscated legitimate winnings, or abusive terms enforcement is excluded immediately.

In our most recent review cycle, approximately 35% of casinos we initially considered were eliminated at this baseline stage – most commonly due to unverifiable licences or documented non-payment complaints on Casino Guru and player forums. Only casinos that clear all four baseline checks proceed to our full scoring evaluation.

Our 8 Scoring Criteria – Explained in Full

Each casino that passes the baseline check is then evaluated across eight criteria. Every criterion is assessed through direct hands-on testing, not through reading press releases or casino marketing materials. What follows is a detailed explanation of what we look for under each criterion and why it matters specifically for UK players using USA casinos.

1
Licensing, Regulation and Player Protection
The trust foundation – how safe is your money and personal data?

Weight: 20%

Licensing is not a binary pass/fail beyond the baseline – the quality and rigour of the licence matters significantly. A Malta Gaming Authority licence offers substantially more player protection than a basic Curacao eGaming licence, and we score accordingly. For UK players specifically, the gap between offshore licences and the UKGC matters – we want you to understand exactly what level of protection you have and what your options are if something goes wrong.

This criterion accounts for the largest single share of our scoring because no amount of game variety or bonus generosity can compensate for an untrustworthy or poorly regulated casino. We would rather recommend a smaller, well-licensed casino than a large, poorly-regulated one.

  • Licence quality and regulator reputation: MGA scores highest, followed by Gibraltar, then reformed Curacao, then Panama. We check the MGA licence register and Curacao’s official database directly.

  • Operator track record: How long has the casino been operating? Have there been regulatory sanctions, licence suspensions, or documented refusals to pay? Longer clean operating histories receive higher scores.

  • Responsible gambling tools: Does the casino offer deposit limits, session time tools, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion? We test whether these tools are easy to find, easy to activate, and actually work as described. Donbet, for example, scores well here for including self-exclusion as a standard account feature.

  • Player fund protection: Are player funds held in segregated accounts separate from operating funds? Some offshore casinos explicitly commit to this; others do not. Segregated funds reduce the risk of losing your balance if a casino ceases operations.

  • Privacy policy and data handling: Does the casino have a clear, accessible privacy policy? Does it comply with GDPR principles even as an offshore operator? We check whether data sharing with third parties is disclosed clearly.

2
Game Library Size, Quality and Variety
The core product – what can you actually play, and is it good?

Weight: 18%

Game library quality is the primary reason most UK players choose USA casinos in the first place. The UKGC has progressively restricted features, removed games, and imposed conditions that have significantly reduced the playing experience at domestic UK casinos. USA casinos offer access to the full, unrestricted versions of these games. Our evaluation goes beyond simply counting titles – we assess the quality, variety, and depth of what is actually available.

We navigate every major category of the casino lobby personally, testing load times, mobile performance, and RTP availability. We also specifically check for games that are banned or restricted in the UK, such as auto-play slots, turbo spin modes, and bonus buy features, as these represent genuine added value for UK players.

  • Total game count: More is generally better, but only if the library is well-curated. 7,000 games from quality providers beats 10,000 games where half are from unknown developers.

  • Software provider quality: We look for titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, and other established developers. As iGaming Business reports, the quality of software providers is the single most reliable indicator of overall game quality.

  • Live casino quality: Is the live dealer section powered by Evolution Gaming or comparable premium providers? What is the stake range? Are multi-provider tables available? We test multiple live games ourselves.

  • Game category breadth: Slots, table games, live casino, video poker, crash games, instant wins, virtual sports – how well is each category represented?

  • RTP transparency: Does the casino display RTP percentages for its games? Mr Jones, for example, earns a high score here for its publicly accessible live RTP data. Transparency about theoretical returns is a mark of a player-honest operator.

  • UK-unavailable games: Are game features banned by the UKGC – such as auto-play, turbo spins, and bonus buy – available here? We explicitly test for these as they represent genuine added value for UK players.

3
Bonus Value and Terms Fairness
Not just size – are the terms actually achievable?

Weight: 16%

Bonus evaluation is one of the most commonly mishandled areas in casino reviews. Most review sites simply list the headline percentage and move on. We do not. A 500% welcome bonus with a 70x wagering requirement and a 7-day completion window is far less valuable than a 100% bonus with a 30x requirement and a 30-day window. We calculate what we call the “effective value” of each bonus – an estimate of the real monetary value a typical player can expect to extract after accounting for wagering requirements and game restrictions.

We read every line of every bonus’s terms and conditions ourselves. We do not take the casino’s word for what the terms say. We have found on several occasions that bonus pages advertise different terms than the full T&C document – in every case, the full T&C document governs, and any discrepancy counts against the casino’s score.

  • Wagering requirements: Our benchmark is 35x on the bonus only. Below 30x is excellent. 30-40x is acceptable. Above 50x is poor. We also check whether the requirement applies to bonus only or to deposit plus bonus – the latter can double the amount you need to wager.

  • Time limits: A 30-day window is our benchmark minimum. Anything below 14 days is scored negatively. Casinos that offer extended time limits for VIP players receive additional credit.

  • Maximum bet per spin: The standard cap of £5 per spin during bonus play is acceptable. We check whether this is clearly communicated and whether exceeding it genuinely results in bonus forfeiture – we have tested this ourselves at several casinos.

  • Game contribution rates: Do table games and live casino contribute to wagering, and at what rate? A casino where only slots contribute makes its bonus far less useful for table game players. We check contribution tables for every major game category.

  • Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: Some casinos cap winnings from bonus money at a multiple of the deposit. This significantly reduces the practical value of high-percentage bonuses and is frequently buried in terms. We find it and disclose it.

  • Ongoing promotion quality: Welcome bonuses matter, but we weight ongoing promotions almost equally. A casino that front-loads all its generosity into the sign-up offer and then offers nothing of substance to existing players scores lower than one with a consistent weekly promotional calendar.

How We Calculate Effective Bonus Value

We estimate effective value using the formula: Effective Value = (Bonus Amount / Wagering Requirement) x Average RTP – Bonus Amount. For a £100 bonus with 35x wagering and 96% average RTP, the calculation is (£3,500 x 0.96) – £3,500 = -£140 expected cost to clear. This tells us the typical cost of clearing the bonus, which must be weighed against the entertainment value of the play required. We use this framework to compare bonuses across casinos on a consistent basis.

4
Payment Methods, Speed and Reliability
Can you deposit easily and withdraw your winnings quickly?

Weight: 15%

Payment evaluation at USA casinos for UK players requires particular attention because of the UK bank blocking issue. Many major UK banks – including HSBC, Lloyds, and some of the major neobanks – proactively block transactions to offshore gambling operators. A casino’s payment score is therefore not just about the variety of methods it offers, but about how reliably UK players can actually get money in and out.

We test deposits and withdrawals ourselves at every casino we review. We use multiple payment methods where possible. We time the process from withdrawal request to money received, test the verification requirements, and document any friction or delays. Our payment scores reflect real-world experience, not listed processing time estimates.

  • UK bank card acceptance and blocking rate: Does the casino accept Visa and Mastercard? More importantly, what percentage of UK card transactions are typically blocked at the bank level? We check player forum reports alongside our own testing. As Which? has documented, major UK banks including Monzo, Starling, and several high street banks block offshore gambling transactions at increasing rates.

  • Credit card acceptance: Credit card gambling is banned at all UKGC-licensed casinos. Its availability at USA casinos is a genuine differentiator for UK players who prefer this method. We confirm acceptance and test in practice.

  • E-wallet support: Skrill, Neteller, and Payz are the three most useful e-wallets for UK players at offshore casinos. They bypass bank blocking, offer fast processing, and maintain a privacy layer between the player and the casino. We confirm these work with UK-registered accounts.

  • Cryptocurrency support: Which cryptocurrencies are accepted? Bitcoin and Ethereum are minimum expectations. USDT (Tether) is particularly valuable as a stablecoin option that eliminates price volatility risk. We test crypto deposits and withdrawals ourselves, noting confirmation times and any casino-side fees.

  • Withdrawal speed from approval to receipt: We measure the actual time from making a withdrawal request to receiving the funds in our account, across multiple payment methods. The casino’s stated processing times are less relevant than what we actually experience.

  • Withdrawal limits: Low withdrawal caps – such as the EUR 100 per transaction limit at Mr Jones for standard accounts – can be a significant practical limitation for players with larger winnings. We document these clearly and factor them into the payment score.

  • Verification requirements: We document the KYC process in full – what documents are requested, how long verification takes, and whether the casino holds withdrawals pending verification in a way that creates unreasonable delays.

5
Customer Support Quality
When something goes wrong, how well does the casino respond?

Weight: 12%

Customer support is where many offshore casinos fail UK players most visibly. The absence of the mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes that UKGC-licensed casinos must subscribe to means there is no external mechanism forcing offshore casinos to resolve disputes fairly. The quality of the casino’s own support team is therefore the primary line of protection for players when problems arise.

We test customer support at every casino we review by contacting the team multiple times with different types of query – simple informational questions, bonus terms clarifications, and simulated payment queries. We assess response speed, agent knowledge, and the quality of actual problem resolution.

  • 24/7 availability: Live chat support should be available around the clock. Many UK players gamble in the evenings and at weekends – a support team that is only available during European business hours is inadequate.

  • Live chat response time: We measure the time from initiating a live chat to first contact with a human agent. Under 2 minutes is excellent. 2-5 minutes is acceptable. Over 10 minutes is poor. Automated chatbots that cannot escalate to humans score lowest of all.

  • Agent knowledge: Can the support agent accurately answer specific questions about bonus terms, withdrawal limits, and verification requirements? We ask questions that require actual knowledge of the platform, not scripted answers.

  • Dispute handling: We check player forum reports on Casino Guru’s complaints database – one of the most comprehensive sources of documented casino dispute outcomes available – to assess how each casino handles genuine player complaints.

  • Contact method variety: Live chat is essential. Email support is expected. We give credit to casinos that also offer phone support or dedicated VIP account managers.

6
Mobile Experience and Platform Performance
Does the casino work as well on your phone as on your desktop?

Weight: 8%

The majority of online casino sessions in the UK are now conducted on mobile devices. Statista’s UK digital gambling data consistently shows mobile sessions accounting for over 60% of total online gambling time. A casino that performs well on desktop but poorly on mobile is only delivering half its value proposition.

We test every casino on at least two different mobile devices – typically an iPhone and an Android – using both WiFi and mobile data. We specifically test the live casino section on mobile, as this is the most demanding application and the most common point of failure in mobile casino performance.

  • Responsive design quality: Does the site scale correctly to different screen sizes? Is navigation intuitive on a touchscreen? Are buttons large enough to use without frustration?

  • Full game library on mobile: Is the complete game library accessible on mobile, or is there a reduced mobile selection? We check specifically whether all game categories – including live casino and crash games – work on mobile.

  • Live stream stability on mobile: Live casino streams are particularly demanding. We play at least 30 minutes of live dealer games on mobile on a standard 4G connection and note any buffering, freezing, or disconnection.

  • Dedicated app availability: While a browser-based mobile experience is the standard, casinos that offer a dedicated iOS or Android app with a better experience receive additional credit in this category.

  • Mobile deposit and withdrawal: We complete at least one deposit and one withdrawal request on mobile for each casino reviewed. The mobile banking experience should be as smooth as the desktop version.

7
Player Reputation and Independent Feedback
What do real players actually say about their experience?

Weight: 7%

Our own testing provides first-hand data, but no review team can replicate the experience of thousands of players over months or years. Independent player feedback from Trustpilot, Casino Guru, Casinomeister, and major Reddit communities provides a valuable additional data layer that helps us identify issues our own testing might not surface – particularly around long-term payout reliability, bonus term enforcement, and account closure practices.

We do not simply average Trustpilot scores. We read reviews critically, weighting negative reviews about withdrawal failures more heavily than positive reviews about game selection. We also check whether the casino responds to negative reviews on Trustpilot, which is itself an indicator of how seriously it takes player complaints.

  • Trustpilot score and volume: A higher score from a larger review base is more meaningful. We require a minimum review volume of 50 before giving significant weight to Trustpilot data.

  • Casino Guru complaint resolution rate: Casino Guru’s mediation service provides documented outcomes for player complaints. A casino’s complaint resolution rate on this platform is one of the most reliable indicators of how it treats players in genuine disputes. We check the Casino Guru database for every casino we review.

  • Reddit and forum sentiment: Subreddits including r/onlinegambling, r/slots, and r/ukgambling contain candid, commercially-uninfluenced player opinions. We read recent threads about every casino we review.

  • Response to negative reviews: Does the casino engage with and attempt to resolve complaints raised publicly? Casinos that ignore or dismiss negative reviews receive a lower score in this category regardless of their overall rating.

8
Responsible Gambling Commitment
Does the casino take player welfare seriously?

Weight: 4%

Responsible gambling tools are not optional features – they are an indicator of whether a casino views its players as valued customers or as a revenue source to be maximised. At USA casinos, where the UKGC’s mandatory requirements do not apply, the presence or absence of responsible gambling tools is entirely voluntary. Casinos that include them do so because they have made a values-based decision to prioritise player welfare. We reward that decision in our scoring.

This criterion carries a lower weight than others because its absence does not necessarily make a casino unsafe – it simply shifts more responsibility to the player. However, for UK players who are accustomed to UKGC-standard tools, the availability of these features at an offshore casino is a meaningful quality-of-life improvement worth recognising.

  • Deposit limits: Can you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard without needing to contact support?

  • Session time reminders and limits: Does the casino prompt you when you have been playing for an extended period? Can you set a hard session time limit?

  • Self-exclusion: Can you exclude yourself from the casino for a defined period? Is the process straightforward, or does it require emailing support and waiting days for a response? Donbet earns our highest score in this category for its seamless, in-account self-exclusion feature.

  • Links to external support: Does the casino provide visible links to GambleAware, GamCare, and the National Gambling Helpline? Are these links accessible without logging in?

  • Reality check features: Some casinos include pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss for the current session. This simple feature can meaningfully change player behaviour and we reward its presence.

For Players Who Need Support

If you registered with GamStop because you have a genuine problem with gambling, please consider whether bypassing it is the right decision. The GamCare helpline is free and available 24/7 on 0808 8020 133. GambleAware offers free resources, advice, and treatment referrals. GamBan provides blocking software that covers offshore casinos including all those reviewed on this site.

How We Weight Each Criterion

Not all criteria are equal. A casino’s payment speed matters, but it matters less than whether it will actually pay you at all. Our weighting reflects the relative importance of each criterion to the overall quality and safety of the player experience – with the emphasis firmly on trust and core product quality above secondary considerations like mobile design.

UK-Specific Factors We Test For

Beyond our standard eight criteria, we apply a set of additional checks that are specifically relevant to UK players using USA and offshore casinos. These do not carry separate scoring weight but contribute to the relevant criterion scores and are documented in our full reviews.

UK-Specific FactorWhy It Matters for UK PlayersHow We Test It
GBP account supportPlaying in your own currency eliminates currency conversion fees and confusion about real stakesWe check account currency options and test GBP deposit and withdrawal
UK bank card success rateMany UK banks block offshore gambling – we want to know which casinos have the fewest UK payment failuresWe test with multiple UK-issued cards and cross-reference with player forum reports
GamStop independence confirmedUK players need absolute certainty the casino is not part of GamStop before registeringWe verify each casino is not listed in the GamStop database and confirm with the operator

Our Scoring Scale – What the Numbers Mean

Every casino receives an overall score out of 10, calculated as the weighted average of its eight criterion scores. We use a decimal scale incremented to one decimal place, giving us 91 possible score points between 1.0 and 10.0. This granularity allows us to meaningfully differentiate between casinos that would otherwise cluster at the same integer score.

Our Step-by-Step Testing Process

The following is the exact sequence we follow when evaluating a new casino for inclusion on usacasinosforuk.uk.com. The process typically takes 3-4 weeks per casino from initial consideration to published review.

1

Initial Research and Baseline Check

We research the casino’s licensing, operator history, and current blacklist status. We check the licence number on the regulator’s database, review any regulatory actions or sanctions in the past three years, and cross-reference against Casino Guru and Casinomeister blacklists. Casinos that fail the baseline check are eliminated here and we do not proceed further.

2

Account Registration

We create a real account with accurate UK player details. We document the registration process in full – how many steps, what information is required, how quickly the account is activated. We note whether GamStop is checked during registration (it should not be for offshore casinos) and whether any geo-restriction messages appear for UK users.

3

Real Money Deposit – Multiple Methods

We make real money deposits using at least two different payment methods – typically a UK debit card and either an e-wallet or cryptocurrency. We note whether the UK card deposit is accepted or declined, how quickly funds appear in the account, and whether any fees are applied. We document the minimum and maximum deposit amounts and confirm they match what is advertised.

4

Game Testing – Desktop and Mobile

We play across all major game categories – slots, live casino, table games, and any specialised categories like crash games or esports. We test both on desktop and mobile, specifically checking live casino stream quality on a 4G mobile connection. We note load times, any games that fail to load, mobile layout quality, and the availability of UK-restricted features like auto-play and bonus buy.

5

Bonus Claim and Terms Verification

We claim the welcome bonus with our test account and then read every line of the bonus terms and conditions. We specifically look for discrepancies between the advertised terms on the bonus landing page and the full T&C document. We calculate the effective value of the bonus using our standard formula and document all applicable restrictions.

6

Customer Support Testing

We contact the support team at least three times via live chat – once during UK peak hours (8pm weekday), once at an off-peak time (11pm weekday), and once at a weekend. We ask questions requiring specific knowledge of the platform and document response times and answer quality for each interaction.

7

Withdrawal Testing

We make a withdrawal request and document the full process from request to receipt of funds. We note whether additional verification is required, how long verification takes, whether the casino contacts us proactively with updates, and the total time from request to money received. We test via at least two different withdrawal methods.

8

Independent Review Analysis

We analyse Trustpilot reviews, Casino Guru complaint data, and relevant forum threads. We specifically look for patterns in negative reviews – withdrawal failures, bonus disputes, and account closures are weighted most heavily. We check whether the casino responds to complaints and, where it does, whether the resolutions are fair.

9

Scoring and Peer Review

The lead reviewer calculates the preliminary score across all eight criteria. A second team member then reviews the scoring, checks it against our documented evidence, and either confirms or challenges the scores. Disagreements are resolved by discussion and if necessary a third reviewer is consulted. The final score must be agreed by at least two team members.

10

Review Writing and Publication

The review is written based on the documented evidence from steps 1-9. All scores and recommendations must be supported by documented evidence – reviewer opinion without evidence is not permitted as the sole basis for a score. Reviews are checked for accuracy before publication and dated to show when the review was conducted.

What Gets a Casino Blacklisted

Beyond the initial baseline check, casinos can be removed from our recommendations and added to our “casinos to avoid” list based on post-publication evidence. We monitor every casino we recommend on an ongoing basis, and we remove or downgrade recommendations when we find evidence of the following behaviours.

Grounds for Removal from Our Recommendations
  • Documented, unexplained refusal to pay legitimate winnings – confirmed through Casino Guru mediation or multiple independent player reports with consistent details
  • Bonus confiscation under terms that are either undisclosed or applied inconsistently – where terms are invoked retroactively or used as a pretext to void clearly legitimate wins
  • Account closure without stated reason following a significant win, where there is no documented rule violation by the player
  • Retroactive changes to bonus terms that disadvantage players mid-wagering – altering T&C after a bonus has been claimed and is being played through
  • Identity verification used as a delay tactic rather than a genuine security measure – requesting documentation repeatedly or demanding documents that go beyond standard KYC requirements
  • Regulatory licence revocation or suspension by the casino’s licensing authority
  • Undisclosed changes to ownership that result in a different operator taking over the brand – the new operator is evaluated from scratch
  • Evidence that the casino is targeting vulnerable players, including GamStop-registered players who indicated a genuine gambling problem at registration

When we identify any of the above, we update our review immediately, issue a removal notice explaining why the casino has been delisted, and if appropriate, move it to a dedicated “casinos to avoid” section. We maintain this section publicly so players can reference it. We do not simply remove reviews without explanation, as the absence of a review would not warn players who might still find the casino through other means.

Who Does the Testing

Our reviews are conducted by a small team of experienced online gambling writers and players, each with specific areas of expertise. We do not outsource reviews to freelancers without casino experience, and we do not publish reviews based on information provided by casinos themselves without independent verification.

How Often We Update Our Reviews

Casino quality is not static. Bonuses change. Ownership changes. New game providers are added and others removed. Regulatory situations evolve. A review that was accurate when published six months ago may no longer reflect the current reality of a casino. Our update schedule is designed to ensure that our recommendations remain current and reliable.

Full re-review with new testingEvery 12 months for all listed casinos – complete repeat of the 10-step testing process with new real-money accounts
Partial update – bonus and termsEvery 3 months – we check current bonus offers and re-read T&C documents for any changes
Licence status checkEvery 3 months – we verify each casino’s licence is still current and in good standing with its regulator
Player review monitoringMonthly – we track Casino Guru and Trustpilot for new complaint patterns and update scores if sustained negative trends emerge
Breaking news updatesImmediate – if a casino receives a regulatory sanction, goes offline, or is credibly reported to have stopped paying, we update the review within 24 hours
New casino additionsOngoing – we evaluate new casinos monthly and add them if they clear our baseline and score above 7.0

Every review on usacasinosforuk.uk.com carries a “last reviewed” date so you can see when it was most recently tested. If you notice something has changed at a casino that our review does not reflect, please contact us – player reports are one of our most valuable sources of intelligence between scheduled review cycles.

Commercial Disclosure and Editorial Independence

This site maintains affiliate partnerships with some of the casinos it reviews. This means we may receive a commission when a reader clicks through to a casino and makes a deposit. We are required by law and by our own editorial standards to disclose this relationship clearly.

Our affiliate relationships do not determine which casinos we review, how we score them, or where they appear in our rankings. Casinos that pay higher affiliate commissions do not receive higher scores as a result. Several casinos we recommend carry lower commission rates than some we have declined to feature. Our scoring methodology – documented in full on this page – governs all rankings.

We do not accept payment for positive reviews, guaranteed placement, or guaranteed score improvements. If a casino operator asks us to change a review score without providing evidence to support the change, we decline and note the request internally. If you believe any of our reviews are inaccurate or commercially influenced, we welcome your challenge – contact us with specific details and we will review the evidence.

For further reading on casino review standards and editorial independence, we recommend the Gambling.com review methodology, the Casino Guru evaluation framework, and the Responsible Gambling.org methodology – three of the most transparent and rigorous review frameworks in the industry, all of which informed aspects of our own approach.

Using This Methodology to Make Your Own Decisions

Our scores and recommendations represent our best assessment of each casino based on the process described above. They are not guarantees of your personal experience. Every player has different priorities – some weight bonus generosity highest, others prioritise payout speed or live casino quality. Our full reviews on the main casino comparison page document each casino’s individual criterion scores so you can weight them according to your own preferences.

If the most important thing to you is trust and player protection, weight our licensing score most heavily. If you primarily play live casino, weight our game library score with particular attention to the live casino sub-score. If fast withdrawals are your priority, our payments score – and specifically the withdrawal timing data within it – should drive your decision. The overall score is a useful starting point, but the breakdown behind it is where the genuinely useful information lives.

Finally: no review site can fully replace your own research. We recommend supplementing our reviews with a check of Casino Guru for complaint data and Trustpilot for recent player feedback before depositing at any casino for the first time.
